Convert 3D models
without uploading them

Pick where your model is coming from and where it needs to go. The conversion runs on your own machine, in this tab.

Not sure of the target? Open the model first, or browse all 75 formats.

How it works

Three steps, no install, no sign-in.

  1. 01

    Add your file

Drag the model in, with its textures and sidecars if it has them. Nothing is uploaded: it is read where it already sits.

  2. 02

    Check the preview

The model loads in the viewport before you commit, so a bad axis or a missing texture shows up here rather than downstream.

  3. 03

    Save it

The new file is written in the tab and lands in your downloads folder. No link, no expiry, no account.

Four tools, one promise

Why nothing is uploaded

Most online converters copy your model onto a server, convert it there and ask you to trust that it gets deleted. That is not acceptable for work you have not published yet. Here your file is read, parsed, re-encoded and drawn by JavaScript, WebAssembly and WebGL running inside your own browser tab. There is no upload endpoint to trust, because there is no upload.

You can check that in ten seconds: load any page on this site, turn your Wi-Fi off, and use it. It still works. Every one of the 75 formats has also been loaded through the viewer against a real file, with the results published in full, failures included.
