How the converter works

Choosing a pairing takes you to a page built for it. Drop your file on that page and it is parsed where it sits, on your own machine: no upload, no queue, no account and no size limit. The model is drawn in a viewport first, so a wrong axis or a missing texture shows up before you commit, and pressing convert writes the new file in the tab and drops it in your downloads folder.

Each pairing page also spells out what the target format can hold, because a conversion is a translation and translations lose things. STL keeps geometry and nothing else; GLB carries PBR materials, textures and animation in one file; OBJ needs its .mtl and its images to travel with it. The table on every page says which of those applies to your pair before you spend any time on it.
